If something doesn’t work out, you can send more items back within 30 days of delivery.
- Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
- We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
- Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the items.
- We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
Exchange or Returns by courier services
- All goods / items will be inspected on return.
- The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so make sure it is packed properly and cannot get any damages on the way.
- We try hard to accept all exchanges and returns request but in the unfortunate events that the item returned is in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose of it accordingly.
- We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or returns requests.
We reserve the right NOT to accept exchange or returns received after 14 days from the Invoice date.
We reserve the right to deny refund if the items / goods does not meet our Exchange & Return policy guidelines, if any requests are denied, you are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the items / goods and it shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.
